The adhesive holds well, making them highly reusable when cleaned and cared for properly. They come off easily, though you do need to pull a little since they are sticky. However, if you have dark areolas, they can still be visible due to their thinness. I chose a shade that was nearly my skin tone, but they were light enough to be somewhat see-through. While they suggest opting for a darker shade, that compromises the match with your skin color. I eventually tried their thicker version, which suited me better.
